THE CORE CONCEPT, read this first:

The person and every bag they carry are shown as if seen through an airport security X-ray scanner, while the rest of the photograph stays a completely normal color photo. The X-ray replaces ONLY the pixels inside the exact silhouette of the person and their luggage. It is a see-through radiograph in their exact pose, not a filter over the whole image, not a glow, not a hologram, not an outline effect. If anything outside the person and the bags changes, the effect is wrong.

THE X-RAY PALETTE:

Monochrome airport baggage-scanner blue only. Deep navy blue for dense masses, translucent cyan for mid density, pale cyan to near white for bone and metal. Exactly the palette of a real security scanner monitor. No green, no orange, no rainbow density colors, no neon.

THE PERSON:

The body becomes translucent. Inside it, a realistic human skeleton is visible, anatomically correct and perfectly aligned with the real pose: the skull sits exactly where the head is, the ribcage and spine follow the torso, the arm bones follow each arm's real position, the leg bones follow the legs, the hand bones follow the fingers. The bones read brightest.

The clothing becomes soft translucent pale blue ghost layers. Each garment is still readable as faint fabric folds and seams at different translucency, like layered materials on a scanner.

Metal reads brightest of all: necklaces, rings, zippers, glasses, phone, watch. These appear as sharp near white shapes glowing through the layers.

THE LUGGAGE, the detail that sells the effect:

Every bag becomes a translucent blue shell with its internal structure visible: frame, zipper lines, handle stitching, bright metal hardware. Inside, the bag is PACKED WALL TO WALL WITH CASH. Dozens of thick stacks of banknotes fill the entire interior from bottom to top, stacked in tight rows and columns like a money courier's bag, pressed against every side of the shell. Each stack is clearly readable: the layered edges of the notes, the paper band strapped around the middle of each brick. There is so much money that there is no room for anything else. The mass of banknote bricks is the first thing the eye reads inside the bag.

INTEGRATION:

The scanned silhouette matches the original silhouette pixel for pixel, same edges, same proportions. The original contact shadows stay exactly as they are in the photo. A very subtle cool glow bleeds a few pixels past the silhouette edge, and a faint scanner noise texture lives only inside the scanned areas. The background remains razor sharp normal photography right up to the silhouette edge.

NEGATIVE CONSTRAINTS:

No change to the background, the lighting or the framing. No full-image blue tint. No wireframe, no polygon mesh, no scan lines across the whole image, no HUD, no interface text, no grid. No cartoon skeleton, no Halloween look. No green or multicolor X-ray palette. No loose floating banknotes, no coins, the cash reads as dense strapped bricks.

The final result must look like the same photograph shot at the same instant, except the airport security scanner is somehow seeing through this one person and their luggage.
